What started out as a subsidiary of Dynasty Hotel quickly evolved into something so much more. The bakery in the hotel, while making divine pastries and baked goods wasn’t easily accessible to the general public. We wanted to make a bespoke boutique outlet what would become a staple in the community and the daily lives of the locale. Thus, the idea for Boutique Bakery was born!

We at Boutique Bakery are big believers in building community, not competition, which was in part how the Boutique Bakery came first in GPLUS Guwahati food awards 2017. That same dedication to good quality produce and community spirit hasn’t changed.
